ER-83A, ER-83B & ER-83C Emulsifiers (Hydrophilic)
ER-83A and ER-83C Hydrophilic emulsifiers (Method D) are used diluted with water to emulsify Sherwin's nonwater-washable penetrants including DP-40.
Both the ER-83A and the ER-83C remove surface, non-water washable penetrants by spray or immersion. They comply with low sulfar, low halogen and low sodium requirements.
Process includes a plain water pre-wash before Emulsifier application.
Process provides greater reliability where shallow flaws are suspected.
