Tru Test TruSonic II
The TruSonic II hand held, lightweight Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector offers you all the features of larger, heavier instruments such as high resolution, with the usual high gain reserve. In addition to this, this instrument's ease of use is enhanced by the inclusion of extras. For example, in weld testing the exact flaw location is evaluated.
This instrument is lightweight only weighing 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) including the batteries. Its ergonomic design and operational ease will amaze you. User-friendly programs for display evaluation include 3 or 4 Distance Amplitude Curves (DAC), +6db DAC and AVG evaluation as standard. There is a T-Scan thickness display with optional Encoder B-Scan Scanner and a welding map that displays the defect location for report printing. The large Color TFT display is a bright 400 cd/m2 high contrast screen, which enables you to read your measurement data even under poor lighting conditions. The A-Scan, the instruments settings and the digital measurement readings are all displayed simultaneously.
This instrument can withstand the toughest conditions. All the features are available for demanding thickness measurements. After testing, you can use the many documentation possibilities to record all your calibration parameters and test results. It can store up to 500 records.
