Dakota Ultrasonics Probes for Thru-Coating Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges
The ZX-6 & 6DL, MMX-7 and MVX instruments offer both Zero-First Echo and Echo-Echo Thru-Coating Capabilities.
Zero-First Echo - for uncoated materials:
- Use either standard of highly damped Dual Probes appropriate to your application.
Echo - Echo - for coated materials:
- Use the appropriate highly damped Dual Probe from the below list.
- The 3.5 MHz, 1/2" Probe was specifically developed for thick coatings used on submarine hulls and is the best choice for other applications, where thick coatings and/or heavy wall thickness are encountered.
Note: Compatible with the MMX-7, ZX-6 & 6DL, CMX & MVX models for 0-1st echo and Echo-Echo measurements.
