NDT Supply Automatic X Ray Film Drier
NDT Supply's Automatic Roller Type X-Ray Film Dryer is specially designed for continuous, rapid, spotless and dust free drying of X-Ray films of maximum 14” ( 35 cm) width and any convenient length. It is most suitable for drying Roll Films. Minimum size of film that can be dried : 70mm width x 100 mm length ( 3”x 4”)
Features:
- Compact Design with robust body made of ABS plastic.
- Smooth Film Transport system to avoid scratched or pressure on the emulsion.
- Fitted with a DC Motor to transport the film from the feed section to the dryer section and finally to the receiving tray.
- The motor is rated for continuous operation even at a higher temperature.
- Film entry is provided with smooth rubber rollers to squeeze out excess water and to deliver films into the drying section.
- Fitted with a powerful fan, heaters and an air filter for circulation of hot dust free air, for quick and uniform drying of film.
- Conical air tubes are used to disperse hot air uniformly on the entire width of film.
- The temperature in the dryer is controlled over a thermostat.
- Supplied with a lightweight film receiving tray.
